A recognized expert in CRM and data visualization, Scott has trained thousands of professionals, built successful consulting practices, and developed analytics systems for companies across North America.

His current focus is helping leaders turn insight into alignment through the REAL Metrics® Platform and Inside-Outside OS™ framework - empowering organizations to measure trust, coherence, and execution as rigorously as they measure profit.
